How to
shop:
The way to go about this is
firstly to look at our collection shown on 'The Styles'
pages. Find the style of bodice and the style of skirt
that you want for your outfit. Next, choose the fabric
and the colour. Look at 'The Colours' pages, which show
each of the four different fabric types in which we
produce our gowns, shown in all the many colours that
are available. Once you have made your fabric/colour
choices, then you must decide on the size or sizes you
require. Go to our 'Size Guide' and compare your
measurements against our standard sizes and choose
whichever is suitable. Please note: The bodice and skirt
do not have to be ordered in the same size. If none of
the standard sizes are suitable, you may choose our
made-to-measure service (more information on our 'Size
Guide' page). Once you have decided on all the elements
of your outfit, go to the 'Order' page and fill in your
details and all your order details plus costing/payment
details on the form there. Click the 'Send your Order'
button.

Waiting
List:
We always
have a waiting list on orders for our gowns, but it
can vary from 4 or 5 weeks to 12 or more weeks, depending on demand at
any particular time! Please feel free to telephone us
to ask how long the current waiting list is or use our
feedback
form to do so.

Postage
and Packing Costs: Gowns: Within the UK, P&P
is £10 per single gown, £15 for two gowns, £20 for three,
and so on (with or without wraps). Within the UK we
use an insured, signed-for delivery service with
delivery guaranteed on a specified day. For overseas orders,
please contact us for shipping costs.
Postage
and packing: Wraps: When ordering the Organza
wraps on their own
the postage and packing is £5.00 per single wrap, £6.00
for two, £7.00 for three and so on, if they are sent
all together in the same parcel. Please note: There
is no waiting list on Organza wraps ordered on their
own, but please allow 14-28 days for completion and
delivery of your order.

item of your choice, all pricing information for the
items shown appear on the resulting page, plus a
larger image and/or more information regarding those

How
to place an Order: The simplest way to order is
to fill out the Order
form online and send it, or if you wish you
may print out a paper order-form
(click here) which you can then complete and
send to us through the post. This is useful if you are
paying by cheque as you can send the order-form and
cheque together. You may also fax your order to

How
to make a Payment:
You can make your payment online,
using a debit or credit card. For this we provide a
secure online payment service using a company called PayPal.
Please click the PayPal button on our Payment
page to be taken to our secure checkout page.
If you do not already have your own account
with PayPal and you don't want to set one up, you don't
have to. Simply skip that step and go
straight through the secure checkout.
Alternatively, you may pay by cheque
via the post (within the UK only).

Delivery
Dates:
We will do our best to ensure that your order is
delivered on the 'Required
By' date that you give us when placing your order. Always
bear in mind the length of our ever-present waiting
list (see above) when stating the 'Required By' date
for your order. If by chance your order is completed
earlier than the date you specify, we will contact you
to let you know and to discuss an earlier delivery date.
You are welcome to telephone or email us for confirmation
on the delivery date of your order.

sell fabric on its own. Our company does not sell
fabric.
Our fabric/colour charts pages are provided to show all the various
different fabrics and colours in which we are able to produce our
gowns and other products in our Bridalwear and

colour and fabric they wish to order their gown or other item
from within our range.

Shop/Showrooms:
We do NOT currently have
our own retail shop or showroom premises.
After many
years of running our own boutique (now closed), like
many other businesses we feel
that the internet is the way forward!
Operating via the internet means that we can reach a
much wider audience (worldwide!) whilst enabling us to keep our prices both reasonable and affordable.
We realize it can be a
daunting prospect purchasing something so special via
the internet, and we try to make the experience as
pleasant as possible. We offer the same level of
quality, professionalism and service that you would
expect from any bridal or exclusive eveningwear

Our business operates entirely via the internet. All
orders are made online via this website or by
mail-order. We do NOT currently have a retail shop or showroom premises. Our workshop premises are not open to the general
public and we are not able to receive personal visitors
at the present time.
